Cloud FinOps Consultant
Job Summary
Guiding clients in optimizing their cloud consumption, the full-time remote Cloud FinOps Consultant will participate in FinOps implementation projects, manage ongoing customer engagement, and enhance internal operations through training and process improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Onboard cloud customers to cost management systems and address billing inquiries within contractual SLAs
- Analyze client cloud cost and usage data to identify optimization opportunities and report results
- Research and implement enhancements to FinOps services, contributing to new service development and internal processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of three years of experience in cloud billing, sales support, or finance
- Experience onboarding clients to cloud billing or FinOps tooling
- Cloud FinOps Practitioner certification
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, and Microsoft 365 offerings
