Cloud Infrastructure Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Cloud Infrastructure Engineer will manage cloud-related escalations, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and execute automation scripts in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for cloud-related escalations and perform rapid triage of incoming issues
- Utilize Red Hat Linux skills to troubleshoot OS-level processes and manage cloud resources across AWS and Azure
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Bash, Python, and Ansible to streamline troubleshooting tasks
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of progressive IT experience with hands-on exposure to cloud infrastructure administration
- Strong administration skills in Red Hat Linux
- Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure core services
- Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ansible
- Familiarity with AI tools for troubleshooting and log analysis
