Job Summary
Supporting the operation and modernization of AWS and hybrid-cloud infrastructure, the full-time Cloud Infrastructure Engineer will collaborate with senior engineers to implement changes, troubleshoot issues, and maintain infrastructure-as-code in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support AWS infrastructure services including EC2, S3, VPC, and IAM
- Implement infrastructure changes using established architecture and infrastructure-as-code practices
- Monitor cloud resources and troubleshoot performance, configuration, and security issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information systems or a relevant field and 1-3 years of practical experience
- Ability to obtain public trust clearance
- Understanding of fundamental networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, and routing
- Basic knowledge of infrastructure security concepts such as vulnerability remediation and system hardening
- Hands-on experience with CloudFormation, Terraform, or Python
