Cloud Infrastructure Manager

Job Summary

Leading the teams responsible for cloud infrastructure and security operations, the full-time Cloud Infrastructure Manager will ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of cloud production environments while driving the adoption of AI-driven capabilities in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversees the design, implementation, and management of cloud infrastructure to maintain high availability and operational efficiency
• Implements incident, problem, and change management practices to ensure operational excellence and compliance with security standards
• Manages and develops teams in Cloud Architecture, Infrastructure, and Security Engineering, fostering collaboration and growth

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 10+ years of Information Technology experience with hands-on expertise across multiple domains
• 3+ years of people leadership experience in a high-growth SaaS environment
• 5+ years of direct Cloud IaaS/PaaS experience, preferably with AWS
• Experience with security frameworks and compliance standards such as NIST 800-53 and ISO 27001/2 preferred
