Cloud Infrastructure Operations Analyst
Job Summary
Providing 24/7 technical support for cloud-based applications, the contract Cloud Infrastructure Operations Analyst will troubleshoot incidents, manage cloud resources, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while working remotely for a duration of 12 months.
Key responsibilities
- Provide Level 1.5 incident remediation and technical support for cloud applications and infrastructure
- Document, analyze, and resolve incidents using established workflows and incident management processes
- Monitor client environments and execute disaster recovery and failover procedures
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Experience supporting cloud-based applications and infrastructure in an enterprise environment
- Working knowledge of IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS environments
- Experience with incident management and technical troubleshooting
- Familiarity with IT service management, monitoring, and automation tools
