Cloud Lead Developer
Job Summary
Leading the design, development, and deployment of cloud-native applications, the remote Cloud Lead Developer will ensure alignment with architectural standards and business goals while working Eastern time zone hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of cloud-native applications
- Review code merges and CI/CD pipeline activity to ensure smooth builds and deployments
- Build and integrate cloud-based solutions using AWS and write Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or ARM templates
Required Qualifications:
- 8 years of application development or systems testing experience
- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider, preferably AWS or Azure
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent work experience
- Experience with full-stack software engineering, particularly in Java/Java EE ecosystems
