Job Summary
Leading the strategic transition to a hybrid cloud environment, the fully remote Cloud Migration Engineer will architect and implement AWS solutions, ensuring compliance with PCI-DSS Level 1 while collaborating with on-premises teams to manage workload migrations and infrastructure performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and build secure, scalable AWS cloud landing zones while leading workload migration strategies
- Design and enforce compliance and security measures for cardholder data environments across hybrid zones
- Monitor and optimize hybrid environments to guarantee uptime and resource efficiency during migration phases
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure, with 3+ years leading AWS cloud migrations
- Proven history of building and maintaining PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant infrastructure
- Demonstrated success in leading technical projects within a team environment
- AWS Certified Security - Specialty, AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional, or AWS DevOps Engineer Professional certifications
- Deep knowledge of AWS services, including EC2, VPC, IAM, and S3
