Job Summary
To support a large-scale enterprise cloud migration program, the full-time remote Cloud Migration Engineer I will provide hands-on engineering support for moving applications, servers, and infrastructure to Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS), focusing on migration execution, validation, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Reviews application and infrastructure information to identify migration prerequisites, dependencies, risks, and readiness gaps
- Prepares Azure and AWS target environments using approved architecture patterns and security guardrails
- Sets up, monitors, and troubleshoots server and application replication using approved migration tools
Required Qualifications
- US Citizen
- Three to five years of infrastructure engineering, systems administration, or cloud engineering experience
- Hands-on experience with Azure or AWS cloud environments
- Working knowledge of networking, storage, and virtualization
- Experience following secure and compliant engineering procedures
