Cloud Network Engineer
Job Summary
Supporting the enterprise network infrastructure, the full-time Cloud Network Engineer will architect, deploy, and troubleshoot Azure network topologies while managing cloud security and connectivity in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and troubleshoot Azure network topologies, including VNETs, Private Link, and hybrid connectivity
- Administer and manage FortiGate firewalls and Cisco Meraki networking solutions across cloud and on-premise environments
- Design and support Kubernetes/OpenShift networking, including ingress controllers and network policies
Required qualifications
- At least 7 years of enterprise networking experience, with a minimum of 4 years in cloud networking (Azure preferred)
- Hands-on experience with FortiGate firewalls and demonstrated Azure networking expertise
- Practical knowledge of Kubernetes/OpenShift networking and configuration of ingress controllers like Traefik or NGINX
- Production experience with Cloudflare WAF and DNS management
- BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS/CIS, or equivalent experience
