Cloud Network Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled and motivated Cloud Network Engineer, the full-time remote position will oversee network architecture delivery, firewall security engineering, and micro-segmentation design across hybrid and cloud environments to ensure exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain micro-segmentation policies and firewall security frameworks using platforms such as Illumio and Guardicore
• Design, implement, and support network architectures, ensuring alignment with zero-trust principles and security best practices
• Collaborate with IT teams globally to resolve complex network and segmentation issues while optimizing network security devices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in network architecture or design, focusing on global infrastructure
• Strong expertise in micro-segmentation tools and cloud networking (AWS, Azure)
• Proficient in firewall design and implementation, particularly with Palo Alto firewalls
• Experience with network automation tools such as Ansible or Terraform
