Cloud Onboarding Manager

Job Summary

To support customer-facing AI adoption and deployment, the remote Cloud Onboarding Manager (Co-pilot) will manage the implementation of Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI solutions, ensuring secure and governed adoption while unblocking technical barriers over an 18-month contract.

Key responsibilities

• Drive healthy adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot and related AI solutions through customer success planning and usage-focused outcomes
• Act as a technical subject matter expert, advising customers on secure AI adoption and operationalizing AI solutions aligned to business outcomes
• Lead technical unblocking engagements across various domains including identity, security, compliance, and governance to accelerate time-to-value

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an enterprise customer-facing role with strong stakeholder management skills
• 5+ years of experience delivering customer technical projects
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Cloud platforms, particularly in deploying Microsoft 365 Copilot
• Deep technical expertise in Microsoft security and compliance, including Microsoft Entra and Microsoft Purview
• Experience building and governing AI agents with Microsoft Copilot Studio
