Cloud Operations Engineer
Job Summary
To support Rhapsody's Cloud Engineering and Operations team, the full-time Cloud Operations Engineer I will monitor and maintain AWS-based SaaS environments, focusing on security, performance, and customer service while working remotely with occasional in-person meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and support AWS cloud infrastructure to ensure reliable and secure operations
- Assist with the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of cloud-based applications and services
- Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation, responding to incidents according to established service expectations
Required Qualifications:
- One to two years of experience in cloud operations or technical support, preferably with AWS
- Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts, including security and monitoring
- Experience in customer support within a technical environment
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation for incident response
- Ability to follow documentation and create or update operational runbooks as needed
