Job Summary
To support a growing technology team, the full-time Cloud Operations Engineer will ensure smooth and cost-effective service operations, monitor production issues, and optimize cloud environments while working remotely from Mexico.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow standard procedures to handle and resolve requests for the Cloud Operations team
- Support, optimize, and improve production environments as part of a squad of cloud engineers
- Provide technical solutions to automate processes or functions to enhance business operations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 2 - 4 years of professional experience in a DevOps role
- Exposure to modern SaaS application architecture and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Experience in automation and software development with proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby
- Strong technical knowledge of operating system administration for Windows Server and Linux
