Cloud Platform Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Cloud Platform Engineer to work remotely, specializing in containerization and orchestration, responsible for deploying and supporting cloud environments using AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform while improving deployment pipelines and collaborating with engineering and security teams.
Key responsibilities
- Build and operate containerized platforms and Kubernetes environments in AWS
- Develop and maintain Dockerfiles, Helm charts, and GitLab CI/CD pipelines for application deployment
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and improve deployment pipelines for operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain DHS Public Trust security clearance
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of related work experience
- Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform
- Experience with GitLab CI/CD and infrastructure as code practices
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Kubernetes workloads and containerized applications
