Job Summary
To support a growing digital transformation initiative, the full-time remote Vice President, Cloud Platform Engineer will design and implement automated infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines while mentoring team members and ensuring cloud security and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain automated infrastructure using Terraform and AWS services
- Develop advanced CI/CD pipelines to support application deployment across various architectures
- Implement and manage AWS security measures, including IAM policies and network configurations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant industry experience, with at least 2 years in an AVP level role
- Proven mastery in Terraform and extensive experience in cloud automation
- Strong background in Kubernetes and service mesh technologies
- Experience coding in Python, Shell, or similar scripting languages for automation
