Job Summary

Leading a team dedicated to cloud platform engineering, the full-time Manager, Cloud Platform Engineering will oversee the design and management of cloud systems and architecture, ensuring robust security and operational excellence in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the cloud services unit and develop cloud standards in partnership with architecture teams
• Collaborate with internal risk and security teams to implement appropriate controls for cloud platforms
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for cloud platform architecture enhancements, ensuring reliability and performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of related experience or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in setting up cloud infrastructure with public cloud providers like Azure, AWS, or Google
• Cloud certification with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google
• Knowledge of infrastructure automation languages such as Shell Scripting, Python, or PowerShell
• Experience with container ecosystems like Kubernetes and Docker
