Cloud Process Specialist
Job Summary
To enhance customer onboarding and operational efficiency, the full-time remote Cloud Process Specialist will design, implement, and sustain process frameworks and tooling while collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate technical requirements into actionable SOPs and automated workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain cloud process frameworks and SOPs for onboarding and support operations
- Lead change management activities for cloud process updates, including stakeholder analysis and training plans
- Monitor customer experience and operational telemetry to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in organizational change management, process improvement, or cloud operations support
- Demonstrated experience creating SOPs, runbooks, or operational playbooks for technical teams
- Strong experience with stakeholder engagement and training development
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and operational concepts
- Experience with process automation tools or scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell)
