Cloud Readiness Architect
Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Cloud Readiness Architect will manage the Industries Cloud customer experience by collaborating with Technology & Product and Customer Success teams to improve customer adoption and product quality through strategic initiatives and product insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain deep technical and functional knowledge of the Industries Cloud product portfolio and engage in product feedback development
- Document best practices and deliver architectural guidance to Cloud Success teams to enhance customer success
- Provide product expertise to support strategies aimed at improving customer adoption and overall product health
Required Qualifications
- 9+ years of experience in Customer Success or Product Management within the SaaS industry
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce products and a strong understanding of their capabilities and customer use cases
- Proven track record of collaborating with subject matter experts to deliver on strategic business initiatives
- Experience in developing enablement materials and conducting training for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with enablement, consulting, or Salesforce product experience is a plus
