Job Summary

Leading the development and delivery of innovative Azure security solutions, the full-time remote Cloud Security Consulting Director will manage client engagements, oversee team performance, and drive strategic growth initiatives while maintaining a 50% billable utilization target.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the development and execution of security solutions, ensuring quality and consistency from presale to post-sale
• Foster a high-performing team culture through coaching, mentorship, and skills development aligned with security practices
• Collaborate with sales and account teams to shape go-to-market strategies and deepen client relationships

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in cloud security, particularly with Azure solutions and security frameworks
• Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and driving strategic initiatives within a consulting environment
• Strong background in security assessments, Zero Trust, threat protection, and data governance
• Experience in developing go-to-market strategies and engaging with senior client stakeholders
• Relevant certifications in cloud security (e.g., SC-100, SC-300, SC-200) are preferred
