Job Summary
Leading the operations for the Cloud Services organization, the full-time Senior Director of Cloud Services will establish delivery standards, oversee client engagements, and ensure high-quality service delivery in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and monitor Cloud Services delivery standards for quality, timelines, and client communication
- Lead high-priority client escalations and ensure effective resolution of delivery issues
- Provide technical leadership and governance for cloud services delivery teams, promoting continuous improvement and adherence to standards
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in cloud services, technical delivery, or professional services operations
- Strong background in establishing delivery standards and improving operational performance in cloud services
- Direct experience leading cloud services delivery teams or organizations
- Deep understanding of cloud services delivery and engineering practices across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
