Job Summary
Leading client engagements and driving customer-centric outcomes, the full-time remote Cloud Services Director will manage complex projects, establish engineering governance, and foster collaboration across technical teams to enhance security posture and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a senior client-facing leader, establishing trust and maintaining communication with stakeholders throughout cloud engineering engagements
- Lead the development and execution of cloud engineering strategies, ensuring alignment with client needs and delivery excellence
- Oversee the implementation of engineering standards and quality controls, managing risks and driving operational performance across the cloud services portfolio
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in managing consulting, cloud engineering, or related leadership roles
- Proven leadership experience with cloud engineering and security engineering teams
- Strong knowledge of cloud architecture, infrastructure as code, and technical delivery governance
- Experience supporting sales lifecycles and validating technical scope and commercial inputs
- Relevant certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or IT service management (ITIL) preferred
