Job Summary
Managing hybrid cloud infrastructure across Azure, AWS, and on-premises data centers, the full-time Data Center Cloud Services Engineer will ensure resilient connectivity, secure access, and scalable deployments while supporting mission-critical services through automation and disaster recovery planning in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer Azure Virtual Machines and provide support for AWS workloads, ensuring availability and compliance
- Manage access control and security implementations, including Privileged Identity Management and compliance with enterprise standards
- Support disaster recovery posture by aligning RTO and RPO with data center standards and maintaining DR procedures
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Azure and AWS cloud services
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
- Knowledge of disaster recovery planning and execution
- Familiarity with ITIL best practices for incident and change management
- Experience with access management tools such as ServiceNow
