Cloud Services Manager
Job Summary
Leading a lean team, the full-time Manager, Cloud Services will oversee and mentor DevOps, MLOps, and DataOps engineers while managing multi-cloud platform operations, ensuring alignment with the Senior Director's vision, and remaining hands-on in engineering tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and mentor a small team of engineers, setting technical direction and day-to-day priorities
- Drive infrastructure-as-code standards and manage CI/CD processes across multiple cloud platforms
- Support the development and operation of MLOps and DataOps platforms, ensuring reliability and performance
Required qualifications
- 10+ years in cloud, DevOps, platform, or data/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Expert hands-on experience with Terraform, Azure, and AWS, including cloud migrations
- Production experience with CI/CD systems, particularly GitHub Actions, and Git-based workflows
- Hands-on Kubernetes experience (EKS and AKS) and familiarity with GitOps delivery
- Working knowledge across DevOps, MLOps, and DataOps disciplines
