Job Summary
To support the development of cloud-native applications, the full-time Domain Cloud Software Developer will design, develop, and maintain scalable backend solutions using Node.js and AWS, while working remotely from Canada.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable backend applications and APIs using Node.js
- Build and manage cloud-native solutions on AWS, utilizing services such as Lambda and API Gateway
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions to automate cloud infrastructure provisioning and management
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in backend development with Node.js
- Proficiency in AWS services including Lambda, ECS, and API Gateway
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with Docker and container orchestration platforms like AWS ECS/Fargate
