Job Summary
To support service providers in their transformation journey, the full-time remote Cloud Solutions Manager will drive cloud growth and sales execution, lead technical discovery and solution design, and enable customers and internal teams through the adoption of Calix Cloud solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead cloud-focused account strategies to expand adoption of Calix Cloud products
- Architect solutions that align Calix Cloud capabilities with customer needs and deliver tailored demonstrations
- Serve as a subject matter expert and train customer teams on cloud analytics and operational workflows
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in a related role such as Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Cloud Consultant
- Strong understanding of cloud analytics, SaaS platforms, and API integration
- Experience with broadband, telecommunications, OSS/BSS, or network operations preferred
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with executives
