Job Summary
As an early-career technical professional, the full-time Cloud Systems Administrator will administer and analyze cloud services, configure resources, and investigate operational issues in a virtual environment to support the enterprise infrastructure at Alliant Insurance Services.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze cloud alerts, incidents, and service requests to determine appropriate actions
- Configure and administer cloud compute, storage, and networking services for assigned environments
- Document technical analysis, troubleshooting steps, and operational support requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Less than 1 year of experience in cloud administration or related technical support roles
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud administration tools
- Familiarity with cloud monitoring and configuration management platforms
- Entry-level certification in cloud technologies or ITIL
