Job Summary
To support virtual care services, the full-time CMA Certified Telehealth Technician will provide clinical and technical support, coordinate care for patients and care teams, and ensure excellent customer service while working remotely with occasional in-office shifts in Chapel Hill, NC.
Key responsibilities
- Ensures excellent customer service and meets call quality standards during patient interactions
- Completes patient support calls and coordinates virtual consultations based on program needs
- Tests and troubleshoots hardware and connectivity issues for virtual visits
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- CMA certification is required
- Preferably has medical office experience as a CMA
- Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records and Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to engage positively with patients, families, and team members
