Job Summary

To support virtual care services, the full-time CMA Certified Telehealth Technician will provide clinical and technical support, coordinate care for patients and care teams, and ensure excellent customer service while working remotely with occasional in-office shifts in Chapel Hill, NC.

Key responsibilities
  • Ensures excellent customer service and meets call quality standards during patient interactions
  • Completes patient support calls and coordinates virtual consultations based on program needs
  • Tests and troubleshoots hardware and connectivity issues for virtual visits
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • CMA certification is required
  • Preferably has medical office experience as a CMA
  • Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records and Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to engage positively with patients, families, and team members
