CMDB Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing IT operations team, the remote CMDB Manager will lead the configuration management practice, oversee CMDB strategy and governance, and ensure data quality and operational integrity across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and lead the CMDB in ServiceNow, ensuring effective use and connection across the enterprise
• Establish the configuration management program, addressing documentation gaps and developing a scalable roadmap
• Communicate the importance of the CMDB to leadership and business partners, fostering understanding and support

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in IT service management, configuration management, or related disciplines
• Strong background in ServiceNow ITOM and deep knowledge of CMDB architecture and best practices
• Experience in leading process improvement initiatives and managing teams
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• Preferred certifications: ITIL Foundation, ServiceNow, CMDB, ITSM/ITOM
