CMMC Certified Consultant
Job Summary
Seeking a part-time CMMC Certified Consultant to provide expert guidance on achieving compliance with CMMC 2.0 requirements, evaluate organizational readiness, and develop compliance strategies while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Assess organizational readiness by evaluating current cybersecurity practices against CMMC 2.0 levels
- Provide certification guidance, including self-assessments and third-party certification processes
- Develop comprehensive compliance strategies, addressing necessary controls and continuous monitoring processes
Required qualifications:
- Over 5 years of experience in cybersecurity consulting, particularly with DoD contracts and CMMC implementation
- Certified CMMC Assessor (CCA) and Certified CMMC Professional (CCP)
- Expertise in NIST SP 800-171 and familiarity with DFARS Clause 252.204-7021 requirements
- Experience with the Defense Industrial Base (DIB) and handling Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI)
- Proficient in tools like eMASS and ACAS, with a strong understanding of federal cybersecurity regulations
