Job Summary
To support operational efficiencies, the full-time CMMS Analyst will manage the implementation and ongoing administration of the FAMIS 360 system, collaborating with the account team and serving as the primary contact for system-related inquiries in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the configuration and management of the FAMIS 360 system, including user security profiles and property settings
- Participate in training sessions and support account team users with system-related inquiries and password resets
- Coordinate with IT for system maintenance and enhancements while monitoring system-generated support requests
Required qualifications
- 2-year Associate degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields
- 3-5+ years of experience in a maintenance distribution or manufacturing environment
- 4+ years of experience with enterprise asset management software, preferably Infor EAM ASE
- 2+ years of data analysis experience in facilities maintenance and asset management
- Experience in user training and a strong understanding of FAMIS 360 and related systems
