Job Summary
Leading the strategic management of the Corrigo Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) platform, the full-time remote CMMS Program Manager will drive operational excellence through system oversight, data analysis, and client collaboration while serving as the primary subject matter expert for all CMMS initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive CMMS strategy to maximize system ROI and operational efficiency
- Serve as the primary client advisor for CMMS initiatives, presenting performance data and strategic recommendations
- Lead the change management program for the platform, ensuring smooth adoption of new features and processes
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing CMMS/work order applications in a facilities management context
- Expert-level proficiency in the Corrigo CMMS platform, including configuration and reporting
- Demonstrated experience with data analysis and performance reporting
- Strong technical and analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
- An undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field
