CNA or EMT Clinical Associate

Job Summary

To support a busy ambulatory care setting, the full-time Clinical Associate will perform clinical and administrative duties, including documenting medical histories, assisting with patient exams, and managing patient flow, while working onsite across various locations.

Key responsibilities

• Documents patient medical histories and clinically related activities in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Assists providers with patient preparation, minor procedures, and education while managing patient flow and providing clerical support
• Participates in population management activities and conducts screenings for preventative care needs and behavioral health concerns

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Less than 1 year of customer service experience or prior experience in a healthcare organization required
• CNA or EMT certification required upon hire for specific locations
• CPR certification for healthcare providers required within 90 days of hire
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred
