Job Summary

To advance a vision of a more resilient food and farm justice movement, the full-time Co-Director will collaboratively oversee administrative, financial, and programmatic management while ensuring alignment with the project's values and strategic goals in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and implement the strategic plan, ensuring organizational policies and funding are in place for mission progress
• Maintain fiscal integrity by developing the annual budget and coordinating financial management with external partners
• Establish and nurture collaborative relationships with external partners, networks, and movement stakeholders to enhance programming and impact

Required qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in organizational decision-making and staff supervision
• Strong commitment to social justice, racial equity, and democratic principles
• Experience within the food and farm justice movement with established relationships in the sector
• Strategic thinker capable of creating and executing long-term action plans
• Knowledge of nonprofit governance, operations, and compliance
