Job Summary
Driving the evolution of coaching operations, the full-time remote Coaching Operations Lead will design and implement systems for recruiting, onboarding, and managing coaches while ensuring efficient processes and data management.
Key responsibilities
- Build and optimize the onboarding process for new coaches to enhance efficiency and scalability
- Manage the coach operating system, ensuring coaches have the necessary tools and information to focus on coaching
- Analyze data and feedback to identify issues and implement strategic updates to coaching systems and processes
Required qualifications
