Driving the strategy and performance of a free financial coaching program, the full-time Coaching Operations Manager will oversee a geographically dispersed team of Coach Managers and Coaches, ensuring high-quality coaching experiences while collaborating with various departments to enhance operational effectiveness and user engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Own the Coaching Operations strategy and performance, aligning delivery channels with business objectives and customer needs
- Lead and develop a distributed team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on engagement and operational excellence
- Define success metrics and implement initiatives to improve coaching effectiveness and operational outcomes through data-driven insights
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in operations management or customer-facing service delivery
- 5+ years of formal people leadership experience, including managing large distributed teams
- Proven ability to influence product and operational roadmaps in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of driving employee engagement and team culture
