Coaching Services Supervisor
Job Summary
Managing a team of coaches, the full-time Supervisor, Coaching Services will provide day-to-day support, onboarding, and training while also contributing to product-specific processes and quality monitoring in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support scheduling, shift coverage, and training for existing product structures
- Co-lead team meetings and participate in cross-functional projects
- Provide mentoring and training to new and existing team members while gathering and escalating team feedback
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Relevant health or coaching credentials
- Previous experience with products relevant to the team
- Commitment to professional development and continuing education
- Preferred NBC-HWC credential/certification
