Coding Audit Manager

Job Summary

To support client management and retention, the remote Coding Audit Manager will oversee client relationships, ensure project alignment with client expectations, and drive business development initiatives while managing operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage client scope and expectations through regular communication, ensuring clarity on services and deliverables
• Collaborate with the Sales Team to identify new opportunities and implement strategies for client growth
• Monitor project outcomes and profitability while facilitating audits and consulting engagements as needed

Required qualifications:

• Baccalaureate degree in health information management or associate degree in health information technology with extensive management experience; coding credential preferred
• Strong industry knowledge and subject matter expertise in mid-revenue cycle operations, coding, and value-based care initiatives
• Proven consulting skills with the ability to analyze client needs and deliver impactful solutions
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for effective client engagement
• Strong leadership abilities with a focus on driving business growth and team development
