Job Summary

Managing coding workflows and optimizing revenue cycle processes, the full-time Coding Solutions Manager will lead a remote team, troubleshoot system issues, and provide executive reporting while ensuring compliance with coding standards and training requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage coding workflows to reduce backlogs and optimize revenue cycle processes
• Schedule staff and prioritize workloads based on departmental volume
• Conduct regular audits to monitor coding quality and accuracy

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree
• National coding certification through AAPC or AHIMA, with CCS, CCS-P, or CDEO preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical coding
• At least 2 years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting
• Ongoing CEUs to maintain coding credentials
