Coding Supervisor

Job Summary

Managing the daily operations of the Coding Department, the full-time remote Coding Supervisor will oversee workflow, coach staff, and ensure compliance with quality initiatives while serving as a key partner for the Physician Shared Services organization.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily coding functions, including work assignment and workflow management
• Conduct performance evaluations and mentor staff to enhance work processes and compliance
• Participate in performance improvement activities and collaborate with on and offshore teams

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of coding experience
• Demonstrated leadership experience in coding is preferred
• Strong analytical skills and a focus on measurable goals
• Resourceful and task-oriented with a professional demeanor
• Ability to foster positive relationships and effectively communicate with team members
