Coding Team Lead

Job Summary

Managing daily operations for assigned clients, the full-time remote Coding Team Lead will oversee coding services, ensure efficiency and quality, and maintain relationships with clients and team members while mentoring coding staff.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact and coding expert for assigned clients
• Manage on and offshore coding resources, tracking performance to meet service-level agreements
• Assist in the training and mentoring of internal coding staff while recommending process improvements

Required qualifications:

• AHIMA or AAPC credentials
• Three or more years of coding experience
• Strong knowledge of coding and revenue cycle management services
• Experience in managing coding resources and maintaining client relationships
• Proficiency with Microsoft and Windows products
