COLI BOLI Insurance Consultant
Job Summary
To support the Executive Benefits Underwriting Team, the remote COLI BOLI Insurance Consultant will analyze and underwrite corporate-owned life insurance applications, assess financial and insurable risks, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure compliance and profitable growth.
Key responsibilities
- Underwrite Corporate-Owned Life Insurance (COLI) applications and assess complex financial and corporate risks
- Analyze corporate financial statements and program structures to ensure alignment with underwriting standards and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Compliance, and Actuarial teams to support case design and execution
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience in operations, product management, client service, or related fields relevant to COLI and BOLI programs
- Strong understanding of the institutional life insurance marketplace
- Ability to influence management and critical stakeholders
- Analytical skills with a focus on evaluating complex risks
