Collaborative Planning Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Collaborative Planning Analyst will drive customer supply chain performance through collaborative forecasting, replenishment planning, inventory management, and service optimization in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage day-to-day customer operations and proactively identify risks and recommendations
• Own the end-to-end order stream, aiming for a 95% no-touch order-to-cash process while implementing process improvements
• Partner with Logistics to ensure on-time delivery and manage EDI systems and order management processes effectively

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of customer-facing management experience within a Supply Chain environment
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal oversight and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Experience in breaking down complex problems and making sound recommendations based on data
• Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, Salesforce, and other leading CRM platforms
• CPG industry experience preferred
