Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze residential real estate appraisals for compliance with standards and guidelines
- Provide appraisal expertise in various appraisal review scenarios
- Maintain knowledge of valuation guidelines and industry practices
Required Qualifications:
- 5-7 years' experience in the mortgage industry
- Extensive knowledge of appraisal practices and regulations
- Strong working knowledge of USPAP and FIRREA
- Ability to work independently
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and email systems
