Collection Specialist
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Collection Specialist, the candidate will manage inbound and outbound calls with consumers regarding their balances, working towards payment resolutions in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to consumer balances
- Work with consumers to negotiate payment plans and resolve account issues
- Utilize provided tools and training to ensure successful outcomes in collections
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in basic computer applications and quick to learn new software
- Ability to actively listen and communicate clearly
- Availability to work varying schedules Monday-Friday between 8am-7pm
- One year of customer service and/or call center experience preferred
