Collections Analyst

Job Summary

As a key member of the BILL Collections team, the full-time Associate Collections Analyst will drive operational and strategic initiatives by managing the complete collections lifecycle, performing account-level reviews, and executing plans to maximize revenue recovery in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the collections lifecycle for BILL's products, focusing on effective client outreach strategies
• Perform account-level reviews to identify opportunities for revenue recovery
• Collaborate with team members to optimize collection processes and meet financial goals

Required qualifications

• 0 - 2 years of direct collections experience, preferably in e-commerce, payments, or financial services
• Proven ability to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures
• Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve conflicts and build relationships
