Collections Analyst

Job Summary

To support a fast-paced finance team, the full-time remote Collections Analyst will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, drive timely collections of outstanding receivables, and resolve payment issues while maintaining accurate collection records.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts and actively drive the collection of outstanding accounts receivable
• Conduct consistent follow-up with customers regarding outstanding and past-due invoices
• Proactively identify payment delays, disputes, and high-risk accounts, escalating significant concerns as necessary

Required qualifications

• Previous experience in collections, accounts receivable, credit, or a related finance function preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to research account discrepancies
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
