Collections Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the conversion of accounts receivable into cash, the full-time Associate Collections Analyst will manage customer follow-up, cash application support, and account research while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor assigned customer accounts and initiate collection follow-up according to invoice life cycle guidelines
• Research and resolve cash discrepancies, unapplied cash, and customer account issues
• Generate and analyze accounts receivable aging reports and collaborate with regional leadership to resolve past-due balances

Required qualifications

• College-level coursework or equivalent work experience required; degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 2-4 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or related business environment preferred
• Strong understanding of accounts receivable, collections, and basic accounting concepts
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly advanced Excel skills
• Experience with accounting systems and collections tools; familiarity with Intacct and Tesorio preferred
