Collections Analytics Manager
Job Summary
To support a leading credit card client, the remote full-time Collections Analytics Manager will develop, implement, and optimize collections strategies across the delinquency lifecycle to minimize credit losses while ensuring compliance and enhancing customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement collections strategies across all stages of delinquency in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
- Conduct end-to-end data analysis across the collections funnel to identify risks and opportunities for performance improvement
- Present analytical insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, driving consensus and securing approvals for policy implementation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or higher degree in engineering, statistics, mathematics, economics, or a relevant quantitative field
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in credit risk or collections analytics, particularly in credit card strategy development
- Strong understanding of the credit card collections lifecycle and charge-off policies
- Proficiency in SQL or Python, with preference for experience in Snowflake, Power BI, and Looker
- Experience in statistical analysis, test design, and financial modeling related to collections strategies
