Collections and AR Specialist

Job Summary

Managing accounts receivable and collections processes, the full-time Collections and AR Specialist will ensure timely payments and maintain client relationships in a 100% remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the collections process for outstanding invoices and accounts receivable
• Communicate with clients regarding payment status and resolve any discrepancies
• Generate and analyze reports to track collections performance and identify trends

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in collections or accounts receivable management
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or accounting preferred
