Collections Manager

Job Summary

To lead the day-to-day operations of supplier commission revenue and collections, the full-time remote Collections Manager will manage a team, oversee invoicing and reconciliation processes, and drive continuous improvement to optimize cash flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of commission collections specialists, setting clear goals and supporting performance and career growth
• Oversee end-to-end invoicing, collections, and reconciliation of hotel and supplier commission activity, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
• Identify and implement improvements to invoicing, cash application, and reporting workflows to enhance efficiency and recovery rates

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in commission collections, accounts receivable, or operations, with at least 5+ years of direct people management experience
• Experience in the hotel, travel supplier, or related industry is a plus
• Solid financial acumen with an understanding of AR, cash application, and GL processes; Accounting or Finance degree preferred
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite; Salesforce experience is a plus
• Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
